Returns

We accept returns of eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used consumable products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

We will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.


Return Shipping

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item and place a new order.

Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the standard return process.
